Eli began his season on the right foot (unbroken foot this time) at the season's first World Cup in Acapulco. He secured his ranking as the top American pentathlete with an overall finish of 22nd. Eli continues to perform as one of the fastest combined run-swimmers in the world. Shooting and fencing continue to improve in score and consistency. And despite drawing the most malnourished horse in the competition, he rode with natural ease. All in all, a great competition for Cami to see her first time watching international competition!
